Using the website

ECRIN provides product information and shopping services. Use accurate information and do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or infringe the rights of others.

Products and orders

Product colours may appear differently on different displays. Check the description, size, price and availability before ordering. Live order acceptance, payment and cancellation procedures will be published before checkout is enabled.

Delivery and returns

Delivery conditions appear in the shipping policy. Requests concerning returns, repairs, refunds and exchanges are reviewed by ECRIN staff. Refund and exchange decisions follow headquarters’ receipt and inspection of the garment.

Preview availability

Email membership is connected. Kakao sign-in and live checkout are not yet enabled. Preview cart actions and support acknowledgements are not purchase confirmations or refund approvals. Coupon and point issuance follow the campaigns ECRIN activates; the example benefits on the membership panel are not an automatic award.

Updates and contact

ECRIN will publish the operating company’s details, effective terms and customer contact information before sales begin. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
