Information and purpose

ECRIN membership uses your email address and display name to identify your account and provide access to your own coupons and points. Authentication credentials and verification messages are handled by Supabase Auth. ECRIN does not save your password in its website files. Live checkout is not enabled.

Current preview

Member accounts and coupon/point records are stored on the connected Supabase service, with the project database in Seoul. The browser stores your login session and shopping preferences. The separate support preview still saves test enquiries only in this browser and does not notify ECRIN or KakaoTalk. Do not enter actual personal information in the support preview.

Service providers and retention

The website is hosted by Netlify; authentication and member data use Supabase. External hosting, authentication, email delivery and script distribution may process technical data outside Korea. The full retention schedule and processing arrangements remain to be finalized before commercial launch.

Your enquiries

For privacy enquiries or an account access, correction or deletion request, contact saay at ecrinstudio.seoul@gmail.com. Removing browser data signs you out and removes local preview records; it does not delete your server account. The operator and registration details appear below.
